C:  Up a Tree

1. A cat walks from the sidewalk toward the house but is surprised by a dog, who is sitting on the step.

2. The cat runs, makes a turn thinking she might go in the garage, thinks better of it, and heads up the tree.

3. The dog goes to the base of the tree and then trots off up the sidewalk.

4. A person in the house walks our of the house, into the garage and gets a ladder.

5. He or she brings the ladder to the tree and gets the cat.

6. The person then carries the cat and the ladder back into the garage and into the house.

(Note:  The person really had her arms full when she wen back in the house!  Also, it is hard to know if the cat or the dog belongs to the person who lives in the house.)
