The animation was created using Maple,
and then exported as html to create an
animated gif. This was converted to a
QuickTime movie using QuickTime Pro.
The QuickTime movie (file name rd.qt) was uploaded to the
WebCT server, and inserted in the problem
using the "embed" command shown below.
