Address an email from your personal email
account to: listproc@listproc.appstate.edu
Leave the Subject line blank.
Write ONLY "subscribe
tar your name"
Make sure there is nothing else in the email
text: You will need to erase any signature or other text in the email.
You will receive notification rather quickly
if you are successful. In most cases, if you have made an error, you will
get an error message telling you what you did wrong.
Follow the exact procedure to unsubscribe,
only write "unsubscribe" instead of "subscribe" in your
email message.
If you cannot get this accomplished, please email the professor
and he will put you on the list.
