About
As our reliance on technology grows, so do attacks from hackers and cybercriminals who are constantly targeting businesses, governments, organizations and our personal devices. Cybersecurity experts are the first line of defense in outsmarting hackers, frustrating cybercriminals and keeping sensitive data safe.
App State’s Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) in Computer Information Systems - Cybersecurity will give you a broad base of knowledge in computer network configuration, computer network and data security, network intrusion detection and prevention, computer network forensics, digital forensics and cryptography.
Cybersecurity experts are in high demand: According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, employment for information security analysts is projected to grow 32% over the next decade, with a median annual salary of more than $120,000.
App State’s Walker College of Business is accredited by AACSB International, the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business. This distinction is held by fewer than 6% of all business schools.
