Earning your Bachelor of Science (BS) in Languages, Literatures and Cultures - Spanish, Education (K-12) leads to a licensure that allows you to teach Spanish in both public and private schools — from kindergarten to high school. As a Spanish teacher, you will have the opportunity to open students’ minds to other languages, cultures and ways of seeing the world.
Applied learning is a big part of what our future teachers do at App State. All of our teacher education degrees have classroom experience built into them, equipping you with the relevant skills and experience to make you ready to enter the classroom prepared to enlighten, educate and inspire. Our teacher education programs are accredited by the National Council for Accreditation of Teacher Education (NCATE).
