My name is Aaron Gersonde.  I live in Boone, NC and work at Appalachian State University for the Upward Bound program.  I'm married and have four children.  Some of my favorite things to do include hanging out with my family (traveling with my wife, lining up matchbox cars with our 4 year old, reading with our 6 year old, riding bikes with our 8 year old, and cooking with our 10 year old), running, fixing things, connecting with friends, playing racquetball and disc-golf, enjoying a good beer, playing music, constantly listening to music, and mountain biking the Pisgah Forest.  Some of my favorite trails are featured on my home page!  The picture here was taken near Sedona, AZ during en epic and gorgeous bike ride on a trip my wife gave me for my 40th birthday.
