2nd line: City and state
3. Lead Paragraph
A few short informative sentences which provide basic information:

4. Supportive Paragraphs
Tell HOW the news occurred.
1. Relate the events in
chronological order
2. Eyewitness accounts �
comments from people who saw the event happen, what they think about what
happened
3. The effect that this news
may have on others
5. Other Basics
1. Indent paragraphs and double space between them.
2. Check for correct spelling,
punctuation, and capitalization.
3. Make sure sentences are
complete.
4. Make sure paragraphs are
properly divided and in a logical order.
